About the following stamp issues of various African countries we have been written and judged several times.
Seemotive means everyone can collect what they want. But much of it is only for the
waste paper basket.
In the Watercraft Philately, November December 2017 issue You can read :
"We definitely won’t run out of stamps if we include the various issues
that Djibouti, Guinee Bissau, Maldives, Mozambique, Niger, Solomon
Islands and Sierra Leone issued this year depicting some types of watercraft
– a total of 145 sheets w/4 stamps and S/S. If one had to buy these
for their collection, it would cost $1,500-$2,000, a good hit to the pocket
book. For the longest time, Scott’s Catalogues would not list most of
these stamps, but now it looks like they are listing them like any other
country. A quick look at these issues, I counted 320 ships that we have
not previously covered in WP.
