Uruguay, a souvenir sheet with three stamps about the battle off the
Rio de la Plata 1939.
On the stamps the UK ships "Ajax", "Achilles" and "Exeter" are depicted.
On the sheet we see the German "Graf Spee".

We see from left top:

fullrigger 1884, fishing drifter 1903), junk 1938.

Pitcairn, a souvenir sheet with six stamps, Royal Navy Visitors.
There are the HMS "Actaeon" 1837, HMS "Calypso" 1860, HMS "Juno" 1855
HMS "Sutlej" 1864, HMS "Shah" 1878 and HMS "Pelican" 1886.

Malaysia, a set with three stamps, submarine "kapal diraja tunku abdul rahman".
That means his majesty ship "Tunku Abdul Rahman". In 2007 the submarine launched
at a French dockyard.

South-Korea, a single stamp, 60th anniversary of the navy corps.
In the background a helicopter-carrier is depicted.

Ascension Island, a set with four stamps, 200th anniversary of the birth of
Charles Darwin.
In this stamp we can recognize the "Beagle", on the other stamps Darwin's animals
scrabbel in confusion.

On the upper sheet there are: SS "Marthas Vineyard" 1871, SS "America" 1940,

On the left sheet on the stamp the "Great Britain" 1843. On the sheet the
SS "Great Eastern" 1854 and behind the SS "Catalina" without a date.

On the upper sheet there are:
"Warrior" 1859, "Merrimack" 1862, "Dreadnought" 1906, "Lightning" 1877, MEKO frigate 1989,
"Yamato" 1937.
On the right sheet on the stamp the "Littorio" 1934 and on the sheet the
USS "Virginia" 1974.

Romania, a souvenir sheet and a set with two stamps.
On the sheet we have the centenary of the opening ceremony of the port of
Constanta (Black Sea). On the stamps the sail-training vessel "Mircea" and
the lighthouse "Regele Caroll" are depicted.

Comores, a souvenir sheet with one stamp, Bateaux Celebres, famous ships.
On the stamp we see the submarine "Nautilus" of Jules Verne and picture of J-Y. Cousteau.
The cruise liner is the "Freedom of the Seas" and left at the bottom the
raft of the Medusa.

Besides pictures and charts we see Hudson's vessel, the "Half Moon" left bottom.

Lithuania, a new stamp in the lighthous series.
The tower of Liepajas Baka is depicted.

There are a tender and the "Veendam" of the Holland America Line, and to it the lighthouse
at Cape Hoorn.
to the left we see a stamp for the Shackleton Nimrod expedition, and two poster of the
Holland America Line.

Great Britain, a se-tenant of ten stamps, Smilers, Business & Consumer.
Among them one stamp "Sea" with the bow of a Cunard Liner.

Hongkong China, a set with four stamps, Centenary of Customs and Excise Service.
We see two custom launches. The left boat is the "Customs 6 – Sea Glory".

Ireland, one stamp and a small sheet about the Volvo Ocean Race 2008/2009.
On their homebound course the yachts came into the Irish port of Galway.

Left the stamp with a sailing boat is planned for the 1st March and the picture of the
Finnish painter Victor Westerholm for the 1st April.

To show some more stamps and/or whole souvenir-sheets the pictures are high
compressed, so accuracy goes down.
