She was an Israeli politician who was also a member of the Knesset from 1969 to 1974.
The boat on the stamp is the "illegal" migrant ship "Shabtai Luzinsky" ex. "Susanna".

Giovanni Antonio Canal, called Canaletto, was a major Italian painter. He died 250 years ago.
