Info from Jean-Louis Araignon:
In France, for domestic mail, there is two rates :
* Priority mail (20 g = 0.85 €) to be delivered in 1 (or 2) days
* Green letter (20 g = 0.73 €) to be delivered in 2 (or 3) days
All mail is carried by plane, (there is no more postal trains) but the
mails should be separated in mail sorting centers.
Often people use the "green stamps" because the service (delivery
time) is quiet identical.
These stamps are labeled "Validité permanente" and have no face value
to be used for green letter at any time, i.e. after a change of rate.

As indicated in the July stamp pages:
From this point, Seemotive reluctantly shows some new stamp sheets, which are on the market in Germany.
These stamps, mostly published by African mini states, are created only to "make money".
These countries usually have no a relationship to the depicted motifs.
It's quite strange that these countries celebrate 105 years of Titanic.
Nevertheless, there will be a motif collector who want to integrate the one or the other sheet
into his collection.
Only for this reason they are pictured here.
