Founded in 1952 and formally organized as a part of ATA in 1954, we were the fifth Unit to be affiliated with the American Topical Association which was founded in 1949. We are the oldest collecting group in the world specializing in all aspects of collecting watercraft on stamps. We are also Affiliate 152 of the American Philatelic Society .
